The client was seeking to understand how different competitors are operating and structuring. They are a mid-sized company, and they wanted to see how they compared to smaller and larger pharma competitors. They wanted to broaden their knowledge of the market landscape to review effectively their own team and resource plan moving forward.

Conversations around their requirement came about organically, speaking with a key stakeholder in the team about their role as a leader of the Oncology team.
