I am seeking a HVAC lead for a large scale Pharmaceutical project in Germany, this is a long term freelance role and requires a candidate with 10+ years Life Science experience.
The responsibilities include:
- Reviewing detailed design deliverables from EPCM and contractors
- Managing technical and organizational interfaces
- Supporting utility/building/system integration
- Monitoring construction supervision effectiveness
- Driving punch-list closure for Mechanical Completion (MC)
- Reviewing commissioning documentation:
- protocols,
- CTOPs,
- VTOPs,
- commissioning test execution
