We are looking for a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations, drive process improvements, and provide technical support across pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, resolve technical issues, and support new product introductions while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing and process improvement activities.
- Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support new product introductions, process development, and technology transfer.
- Assist with process validation, CAPAs, deviations, and quality investigations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with manufacturing and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of aseptic or oral solid dose manufacturing is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Understanding of GMP and continuous improvement principles.
