The SAT Execution Engineer is a multi-disciplinary SAT resource supporting the execution of the SAT Release Framework.
The role is not limited to traditional C&Q execution activities and may perform several functions depending on project priorities and workload.
Working experience 1-5 years
Functions may include:
- Subscope Ownership
- SAT Coordination
- MC Boundary Assessment
- Markup Development
- SAT Protocol Support
- Documentation Review
- Requirement Traceability Support
- Walkdowns and Field Verification
- Release Package Preparation
- Interface Coordination
The resource allocation can be adjusted dynamically based on project needs.
- Responsibilities
Depending on assignment, SAT Execution Engineers will support one or more of the following:
Subscope Owner Activities
- Drive execution within assigned scope
- Coordinate suppliers and stakeholders
- Track readiness for release
Markup Activities
- Update MC Boundary Markups
- Define release boundaries
- Validate release scope
Documentation Activities
- Develop and Review SAT reports
- Maintain/review S-RTM
Review Activities
- Review SAT documentation quality
- Verify evidence completeness
- Support release readiness assessments
Field Activities
- Execute walkdowns
- Verify field status
- Support testing and SAT execution
- Competency Requirements
Technical
- Commissioning & Qualification experience
- Mechanical Completion understanding
- SAT execution experience
- Document management experience
- GDocP / GEP / GMP background
Preferred
- Pharmaceutical project experience / EPCmV execution experience
- Interface management experience
- Good understanding of turnover and handover processes
Behavioral
- Self-driven
- Able to work cross-functionally
- Strong coordination skills
- Able to switch between documentation and field activities
