Senior CAPEX Project Manager

We’re supporting a global pharmaceutical manufacturer that is investing heavily in its facilities and is looking for a CAPEX Project Manager to join the team. You’ll play a key role in delivering a range of capital projects, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to support projects from initial planning through to commissioning and handover.

Bio

I joined Blackfield Associates in February 2025 as a Consultant, specialising in process and project engineering recruitment for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies across Europe. I cover all project phases - from design and utilities to process and CAPEX - helping clients build high-performing teams and supporting candidates in finding the right contract opportunities. I pride myself on delivering fast, effective solutions while understanding the technical and regulatory needs of life sciences projects. Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates is at the heart of what I do. Outside of work, life is full of adventures with my two little ones under five, who keep me on my toes every day. From messy craft sessions to park explorations and weekend family trips, I love seeing the world through their eyes. When I get a rare moment to myself, I enjoy travelling, discovering new experiences, and soaking up every bit of family time.
