I joined Blackfield Associates in 2017 as an Account Executive and have since progressed into a Lead Account Manager role, looking after a handful of key clients within the UK. My role is to support our pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clients throughout the UK with their engineering recruitment needs covering skillsets including maintenance engineers, project/process engineers and engineering managers to name a few. I have also recently started recruiting for some huge, exciting pharmaceutical projects in Denmark. Before joining Blackfield Associates, I previously worked as Cabin Crew for British Airways, travelling across the globe to many exciting destinations and interacting with different customers. This helped me build my confidence and social skills when stepping into recruitment to building strong relationships with my clients and candidate network. In my spare time, I enjoy going on holidays, socialising with my friends and spending time with family.
