I’m recruiting for a Program Manager to join a leading global pharmaceutical company, leading the development and commercialisation of a portfolio of pharmaceutical and medical device products on a long-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead complex, cross-functional programmes from late-stage development through to commercial launch, working closely with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory and Commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple product development and commercialisation programmes
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI), product launches and lifecycle improvements
- Manage programme governance, budgets, resources, risks and timelines
- Coordinate global cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches
- Support operational readiness and market introduction across multiple products
Requirements
- Proven Program/Programme Management experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience delivering both pharmaceutical and medical device products is essential
- Strong background in New Product Introduction, product development and commercialisation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory
- Experience working within a regulated GMP/FDA environment
- Must have the right to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available)
Working model
- Predominantly remote working
- Working hours aligned with US Eastern Time (EST)
- International travel required across the US and EU
