Blackfield Associates are supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the search for a Service Operator to join their Production team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, supporting production operations through equipment preparation, cleaning, maintenance, and compliance activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring manufacturing equipment and facilities are ready to support production schedules while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Clean, dismantle, inspect, and reassemble production equipment and manufacturing areas.
- Set up and prepare equipment to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
- Operate manufacturing equipment within approved process parameters.
- Complete batch records, logbooks, and production documentation accurately.
- Carry out product sampling, inspections, and in-process quality checks.
- Support facility cleaning and sanitation activities.
- Assist with quality investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, health & safety, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, food, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Comfortable working with production systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Committed to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
