Bio

I joined Blackfield Associates in 2017 as a fresh university graduate. During my tenure with the business I have progressed to an Operations Manager and now oversee a team of 6 working across the UK and mainland Europe. I have previously worked as Senior and Lead Consultant. We specialise in recruiting permanent and contract vacancies across Automation and Engineering. Our clients typically specialise in manufacturing across the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API), Biologics and Medical Device sectors. I enjoy delivering for clients and working on complex recruitment campaigns. I love heading out to meet clients onsite and seeing the plant in action. Prior to joining Blackfield, I was a student at the University of Southampton in Politics and International Relations. In my spare time, I am a very active person, enjoying the gym and playing football. Currently, I am training to run the London Marathon in 2024, which is taking up a big chunk of my time. Outside of fitness, travel and food are passions of mine, with Southeast Asia and California being my favourite places I’ve visited. I also 'enjoy' following Portsmouth FC, although the term enjoy, could be a stretch, most of the time!
