I started my career journey with STR/Blackfield Associates in 2014 and joined the business as a Lead Consultant in support of plans to enhance the Life Science Division and footprint within Health Economics and Market Access (HEMAR). Within my first 4 years of joining, I co-led and successfully established myself and the brand as a trusted partner to a number of global clients across Health Economics & Outcomes Research, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Commercial, then, in 2017 I was appointed Operations Manager. I am now an Operations Director and have responsibility for supporting the strategic vision of the brand and leading a team that operates across the UK, EU and US regions, delivering interim, contingency and retained solutions to companies operating in Health Economics & Outcomes Research, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Clinical Development.
