Blackfield Associates are supporting a Global pharmaceutical client with the search for a construction manager with highly extensive automated warehouse experience based in North carolina
Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Senior level
- Strong PM skills in construction
- Strong PM skills in the installation of automated material handling equipment
- Strong vendor management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience driving daily coordination between multiple trades
- Experience in conflict resolution between multiple trade partners
- Strong PM skills for the commissioning & testing of automated material handling equipment
- Prior experience with ASRS construction & operation
- Prior experience with AGVs / AMRs & their operation
- MEP Experience
BONUS EXPERIENCE:
Relevant HVAC experience in a high bay warehouse
Experience in GMP Environment
Requirements
This role is a 12 month contract working 5 days on site in Clayton
