esDevelop, maintain, and manage detailed construction schedules aligned with overall project milestone
s.Integrate construction activities with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and turnover plans to ensure coordinated executio
n.Build and maintain schedule logic, dependencies, and sequencing for multi‑discipline construction activitie
s.Track construction progress, update schedules regularly, and identify deviations from pla
n.Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities for recover
y.Work closely with construction managers, subcontractors, and discipline leads to validate progress and forecast upcoming activitie
s.Support short-term and long-term planning, including look‑ahead schedules and weekly work plannin
g.Identify and communicate schedule impacts related to changes, delays, or resource constraint
s.Support development of recovery plans and mitigation strategies to maintain key project milestone
s.Provide regular schedule reports, dashboards, and updates to project leadership and stakeholder
s.Participate in coordination meetings to align construction sequencing and resolve interface issue
s.Ensure planning activities align with safety, quality, and project execution standards.

Experience Required

redSufficient experience in construction planning or project controls on large capital projec
ts.Proven experience working on pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial construction projects preferr
ed.Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling too
ls.Solid understanding of construction sequencing, installation practices, and multidisciplinary coordinati
on.Experience performing schedule analysis, critical path identification, and risk assessme
nt.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction work packag
es.Strong communication and coordination skills across construction teams, contractors, and project stakeholde
rs.Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment and manage multiple priorities.

Bio

I joined Blackfield Associates in 2021 as a Consultant, to support the QC and QA function within the UK. I have since transitioned into our USA team in order to support and grow the QC and QA space across the pond! Before Joining Blackfield Associates I undertook a Bachelor's degree in International Business, which gave me great insight into different business cultures, operating models, and workforce trends globally. This has allowed me to make a smooth transition into the US market and deliver for candidates and clients swiftly. Outside of work, I enjoy watching sports, in particular American football, with my favorite team being the Philadelphia Eagles. I am also an avid gardener and take great pride in my collection of Acer trees.
