Yasmin Williamson has been specialising in life science engineering recruitment since 2021, starting in the EU market before expanding into the US in 2022. As Head of Americas at Blackfield Associates, she focuses on senior hires within CAPEX and Engineering, supporting roles from Project Directors to Directors of Engineering. She also drives new business initiatives, supporting contractor recruitment across Automation, Project Controls, Project Engineering, and Project Management. Supported by a talented team of specialists, Yasmin ensures clients and candidates receive tailored expertise for their needs. Outside of work, Yasmin loves spending time with her husband and daughter, catching live sport (rugby is a favourite), and exploring new destinations–having visited many countries for both work and pleasure.
