Currently searching for an Automation C&Q Execution Leader to support the delivery of a hyper-scale biopharmaceutical greenfield program in Indiana. In this role, you will partner with the Site C&Q Lead to develop the C&Q execution plans for multiple key greenfield programs. This role can be executed remotely until C&Q commences in Q2 2026, where more on-site will be required.

This is a multi-year contract hire requirement based hybrid on-site. — This role is open to both US and UK Citizens.
Purpose of the Role:
C&Q is commencing for the project in 2026. Multiple C&Q suppliers are engaged in planning and staffing activities to support the four LP1 program nodes startup and C&Q (Utilities and Tank Farm, Peptides Synthesis, Small Molecule Manufacturing, and Support facilities). A site C&Q lead reporting through the C&Q program serves as the interface between the C&Q suppliers and the automation teams. The Automation C&Q Execution Lead will partner with the Site C&Q Lead and develop the automation C&Q execution plans to align with the C&Q program.
Example Responsibilities:
• Develop relationship with C&Q node leads and automation counterparts
• Facilitate development of integrated automation software delivery and CQ schedules, e.g. Traceability Matrix Design Review Activities that enable C&Q test cases
• Develop tracking tools to ensure automation readiness for C&Q activities
• Facilitate development of automation support to C&Q engineer onboarding practices, including training, site access, and automation system access
• Acquire and maintain in depth understanding of C&Q strategies, priorities and node schedules
• Establish and maintain regular communications with C&Q area leads and automation PMs
• Coordinate automation support to C&Q with C&Q area leads and automation PMs
• Ensure consistency of Automation support to C&Q between nodes including resolutions to common issues
• Ensure timely automation support to C&Q in line with approved procedures and plans
• Escalate issues to the Automation Program Lead for resolution or direction, when necessary
• Support integration, updates, and analysis of Automation and C&Q schedules for each node
• Create and maintain automation support to C&Q related metrics, dashboards, and reports
• Contribute to preparation of monthly reports to stakeholders
• Record issues into centralized issue tracking system
Role Requirement:
• Deep experience in project management within the areas of automation and C&Q in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record on capital construction projects within pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid networking and interpersonal skills
