I started at Blackfield Associates in July 2021 as a Junior Recruitment Consultant, supporting our Life Science clients in the field of Automation & IT. Throughout my time here, I have progressed into an Account Management Lead position, where my core focus is the delivery of highly qualified Automation/IT & EC&I talent to our various Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical partners across the USA and EU. Before Blackfield Associates, I was studying International Business at Portsmouth University. I also spent a year living in Brisbane, Australia as an exchange student during my studies.
