Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Level Scheduling Lead to oversee schedule management across a multi-billion-dollar pharmaceutical capital investment program in Indiana. This role will provide strategic scheduling leadership across multiple projects, ensuring alignment of integrated master schedules, critical milestones, and program delivery objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of program-wide schedules using Primavera P6.
- Develop and manage integrated master schedules across multiple workstreams, contractors, and project teams.
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and progress measurement.
- Drive schedule reporting, forecasting, scenario planning, and executive-level updates.
- Coordinate with project controls, engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule alignment.
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation strategies to support successful program delivery.
- Establish and maintain scheduling standards, processes, and best practices across the program.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Primavera P6 scheduling within large-scale capital projects.
- Proven track record leading scheduling activities on major pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, semiconductor, or industrial megaprojects.
- Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM project delivery and project controls principles.
- Experience managing integrated schedules across multiple contractors and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-facing reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline preferred.
